Exchange & Return Policy

Shipping

* Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.

Exchange Policy

* Items can be exchanged within 7 business days from the delivery date.
* The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.
* All original tags must be attached.
* Customers are responsible for any shipping fees related to exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Return & Refund Policy

* Items can be returned for a full refund within 5 business days from the delivery date.
* The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all original tags attached.
* Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
* Original shipping charges (100 EGP ) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Important Notes

* Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for exchange or return.
* Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.
* Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
